Supported a quasi-experimental evaluation of student-level outcomes by conducting two-way fixed effects analysis and structural equation modeling, contributed to reports, and prepared data visualizations. Led the development of a dashboard to support the work of collaborative action networks focused on improving outcomes related to early learning, college and career readiness, and boys and young men of color. The dashboard includes a suite of population-based indicators related to educational, health, and economic outcomes.

Co-led in partnership with the medical director the development of a program to improve screening and identification of perinatal behavioral health disorders. Developed a toolkit for primary care providers, coordinated staffing for a consultation line of perinatal psychiatrists, and coordinated telehealth services for patients.
