Buncombe County CHIP Scorecard
I provided data support to Community Heath Improvement Process staff and translated information from CHIP staff and community meetings into the CHIP Scorecard using Clear Impact scorecard software. This static version of the Scorecard shows the work I completed. The current scorecard is on the county's site.
